The oil has solidified and is not dispensing. What do I do?

In its pure and unadulterated state, our oils naturally solidify at temperatures below 65°F. This is how you know that the oils we use are all natural. To keep the moisturizing oil warm and liquified, you can do any of the following to warm up and liquify the oil:

  • Use an oil warmer, either an electric oil warmer or a candle warmer.
  • Or, prepare warm water in a tall glass and let the moisturizing oil bottle sit in it for a few minutes.
  • Or to quickly warm, microwave bottle for no more than 5-8 seconds at a time (about 2-4 times only) until oil liquifies to desired consistency. (Caution: microwaving for much longer may result to oil being scorching hot with the bottle possibly popping or warping. In this case do not use oil as it may result to burns or injury.)

Moreover as an added benefit, warm oil also feels much more soothing and relaxing when applied to your skin compared to when it is cold.
